i was quite annoyed that the minibar didn't work , even after i reported it. the reception staff seemed unhelpful , failing to book our breakfast, so we ended up paying more. also , there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom , which is a basic expectation for hotels in this price range. the rooftop bar staff were slow and inattentive , resulting in long waits.

the location was central i could easily get a taxi just outside. many restaurants were within walking distance. the building was nice i could walk around easily.

i had a very disappointing experience with the roof terrace. the first day it was closed due to weather even though it was sunny. the second day i was told it was full even though there were spare chairs and tables.
